Fred Catapano and Matt Nuccio created PetCakes which are collectible pet plush animals. PetCakes are recommended for ages 3 and up. Each PetCakes animal features a "frosting" hat, comes nestled in its own cupcake wrapper and has its own whimsical back story. At first look, children will see a delicious cupcake but will then be surprised by the pet they find snuggled inside! Combining sweet faces and cuddly plush with a clever cupcake theme, PetCakes are collectible and provide hours of open-ended imaginative play. PetCakes make perfect gifts for a special friend and for pet lovers. They are ideal for birthday party favors, stocking stuffers and as rewards for good grades. Emma loves her PetCakes. She sleeps with them every night. She takes them out of the shell during the day and at night she puts them all back in the cupcake shell and puts them to bed, she even named them all! It is adorable watching my daughter play with her "special toys" as she calls them and won't even let Jack touch them.

PetCakes are fantastic for children 3 and up. My daughter loves hers and I think your kids would enjoy them as well.
