ChewBeads Review and Giveaway

Seeing as I am a "holistic" or "crunchy" mom as some say. I love to find all things to help my child with their issues without medicating them. When my son started to teethe, I first turned to Baltic Amber for the hard parts of teething, but Jack still needed something to chew on. I find that most all teethers out there were hard for him to get into his mouth and chew on, let along hold onto. I came across Chewbeads®. I was at first not to sure on how you can wear something like Chewbeads® and have it safe for my child. 

When I received mine in the mail I was taken by the actual product, it was and was not what I expected all at the same time. They felt so cool! When Jack got up from his nap I was sure to give them to him right away to see his reaction. He as a typical 9 month old(at the time) looked at them and then straight into his mouth they went. I loved them, Emma, his sister wanted to wear them as she assumed they were for her. Jack got a bit mean and actually whipped her with them...ooops. (she knew he was sorry of course) I loved that I could wear them anywhere and no one knew that it was meant for my son to actually chew on. During a weekly run to the store a woman actually became concerned that I was allowing him to chew on my necklace. I explained to her what they were and she was amazed, I pulled up the Chewbeads® site on my HTC phone so she could see! 

As of now Jack wont even let me wear them as he loves them so much! I love that he can just chew away, its easy for him and he seems happy with them :)

The idea for Chewbeads began in 2009 shortly after the birth of my son. Like most babies, he loved to put everything in his mouth and my necklaces were a favorite. Like most moms, I didn't feel comfortable letting him chew on them, with concern that they might break or have unwanted chemicals.
